This flexible, motorized Draper Access MultiView/Series V - HDTV to NTSC Format Electric Projector Screen has a viewing surface which is seamless, flame and mildew resistant. The each side of surface has tab-guide cable system for even lateral tension and flat surface. Bottom of surface supported and masked by black extruded aluminum dowel weighted to apply proper vertical tension. The top of surface is masked by 12 inch black drop and viewing surface with black masking borders unrolls from back of roller. Bottom of viewing surface enclosed in dowel. Masking consists of black strips which change screen format from HDTV to 4:3 NTSC video as required. The independent three position control switches to stop or reverse screen or masking at any point and switches are furnished with cover plates.
The Electric Projector Screen has a extrude aluminum case with white finish. The end caps are stamped steel and bottom panel forms slot for passage of viewing surface which is easily removable for access. The case includes bottom flange for trim around edges of ceiling opening and is mounted with 3/8 inch threaded rod, with lag screws through brackets, or with wire in a grid ceiling. The mounting brackets slide in channels on top of case allowing brackets to move which avoid interference with conflicting building structures. Brackets are locked in position by tightening screws and field connections are at left end of case. The case features two internal junction boxes, allowing it to installed and wired to building supply wires at an early stage of construction. Each junction box to have plug-in style connector, accepting the mating half of the connector from one motorized roller/fabric assembly.
The roller/fabric assembly is installed in case at factory or job site. The latching brackets to accept two tubular metal rollers: projection screen and independently motorized masking system. This Electric Projector Screen has electrically operated 110-120 volts AC, 60 hertz thee wire motor mounted inside the screen roller. Motor is instantly reversible, lifetime lubricated, with internal thermal over load protector and electric brake.
