A technological breakthrough combines the reflectivity of a glass beaded surface with the ability to clean the surface when required. The Da-Lite High Power Horizon Electrol Screen NTSC Format featuring smooth surface offers the highest gain of all types of screen surfaces with moderate viewing angle. It is the first screen allowing for four-position masking with the touch of a button. Screen surface can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Flame retardant and mildew resistant. Careful engineering ensures the masking remains flush against the surface, preventing distracting shadows around the image. The dry contacts are provided on the electronic controller so you can adjust the screen to the factory presets from a properly equipped projector or master control. The screen is patented in-the-roller motor mounting system allows for quiet operation. Equipped with a six-button wall switch, you can automatically open and close the screen, halt operation and position the screen into any of the four aspect ratios.

The Electric Projector Screen has two specially designed motors mounted inside two rollers, to be quick reversal type, oiled for life, with automatic thermal overload cutout, integral gears, capacitor, embedded microprocessor control and an electric brake to prevent coasting. To have preset, but adjustable limit switches to automatically stop the picture surfaces in the up, down and three intermediate positions, the fabric and masking roller is to be of rigid aluminum 3-3/16 inch in diameter. The screen surfaces are black masking borders standard. The bottom of fabric is formed into a pocket holding a 3/8 inch diameter metal rod. The ends of the rod are protected by heavy-duty plastic caps. Bottom of the masking fabric is formed into a pocket holding a flat aluminum bar.
