The Da-Lite Da-Tex Tensioned Horizon Electrol Screen NTSC Format is a translucent, neutral gray vinyl surface that offers high transmission and low reflectance values for optimal viewing. It yields excellent color rendition, image contrast and a wide viewing angle and is suitable for all types of rear projection. The screen is ideally suited for both lace and grommet and snap button type screens. Material needs to be tensioned. Screen surface is flame retardant and mildew resistant, and can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Excellent for video projection applications, this Electric Projector Screen is equipped with a six-button wall switch and is the first screen allowing four-position masking with the touch of a button. Dry contacts are provided on the electronic controller so you can adjust the screen to the factory presets from a properly equipped projector or master control. Careful engineering ensures the masking remains flush against the surface of the screen, preventing distracting shadows around the image. The screen is patented in-the-roller motor mounting system and allows for quiet operation. Screen is halt operation and position the screen into any of the four aspect ratios. It is tensioned for an extra flat surface for optimum image quality when using video or data projection. Tab guide cable system maintains even lateral tension to hold surface flat while custom slat bar with added weight maintains vertical tension. The unique "step-back" masking design eliminates shadows.

To have preset but adjustable limit switches to automatically stop the picture surfaces in the up, down and three intermediate positions, the fabric and mask rollers are to be of rigid aluminum 3-3/16 inch in diameter. Each side of the fabric to has tab guide cable system to maintain even lateral tension and hold surface flat. It has the masking fabric to convert the screen to different video formats. Custom slat bar with added weight maintains vertical tension on the screen surface. The ends of the aluminum slat are protected by heavy-duty plastic plugs. Bottom of the masking fabric is formed into a pocket holding a flat aluminum bar. The Electric Projector Screen is available in different sizes and two operating voltages.
